There are many different "systems" available for extending the natural nails and for overlaying them. Which system you have can depend on your type of natural nail, ie: oily, dry, normal, flaky, bitten etc, your lifestyle & job plus many other factors. Some people may have had bad experiences in the past with extensions due to harsh filing technciques and poor hygiene, but we only use the most up to date technology and no harsh filing is necssary with the modern systems, only the "shine" needs to be gently removed from the natural nail for the product to be able to adhere properly.
